Installation
CoolParse currently supports Windows and macOS systems (including support for Apple silicon chips). Please download the installation package corresponding to your system.
INFO
The Linux version is currently in development and testing phase, and we're working hard to release it soon. Users who need it, please wait patiently.
Download CoolParse
You can obtain the CoolParse installation package through the download link on the CoolParse Official Download Page.
After downloading, double-click the installation package and follow the prompts.
Windows Installation Instructions
The Windows installer is an .exe
executable file, typically named CoolParse-x.x.x-arch.exe, where x.x.x is the version number, such as 1.0.2, and arch is the supported CPU architecture, such as x64, ia32, arm64, etc.
Note:
If the version number of CoolParse currently installed on your PC is the same as the installation package, you cannot automatically overwrite install the same version. You need to uninstall the previous version first to continue installation.
If you encounter a warning popup stating "Required files cannot be installed because the CAB file is not properly digitally signed. This might indicate that the CAB file is corrupted," try installing with administrator privileges.
For some older Windows systems that have been on internal networks or haven't updated system patches for a long time, you might encounter errors related to missing dll files. You can try installing this system patch to resolve the issue: https://support.microsoft.com/zh-cn/help/2999226/update-for-universal-c-runtime-in-windows
If you encounter an "Access Denied" popup during installation, please ensure that your operating system is Microsoft's official version, not a customized or simplified third-party version.
macOS Installation Instructions
The macOS version of CoolParse comes as a dmg
disk image file. Double-click the dmg
file, then drag CoolParse.app to your Applications folder shortcut or any other location. Then double-click the dragged CoolParse.app to start using it.
Note:
If you can't open the download and receive messages saying the dmg or app file is damaged, from an unidentified developer, or contains malware, please right-click the dmg or app file in Finder, select Open, and click Open again in the popup dialog. Then go to System Preferences -> Security & Privacy, click "Open Anyway." After this, you should be able to launch normally.
If you receive a "damaged and cannot be opened" message during installation, check if software like Xcode is using related files in the CoolParse installation directory. If so, please quit first, then uninstall CoolParse and reinstall it.
